28" long and weighing approx 150g / 5oz each.

These padded sticks feature a rattan stick in the middle surrounded by rubber and padding. It is possible to spar without any armour with these sticks - providing you can take the bumps and bruises!

(Some form of eye protection is definitely recommended if you are targeting the head though!)
